I have always loved these iconic chairs.....probably because they remind me of childhood (they were our dining room chairs growing up in black)! Can you believe when the seats started to "wear out" my mother threw them away?!!!!! I have always thought that was a sign that I was meant to own them one day!!!! Still waiting!!! I would want this fabulous poppy red!!!
I love these chairs. I had to laugh when I read this post. 10 years ago my Grandma was downsizing and sold her Bertoia chairs at an estate sale. No one in the family wanted them, and she sold 4 for less than $100. I now have my own set of 4...paid much more than $100, but love the chairs and the nod to my Grandma's great taste.
