I just had to share these lovely photos (by Brooke Morgan) of my dear friend Melodie! Melodie does a weekly post on her blog called "closet shop" which I just adore! Once a week Melodie shares with us a "fabulous" outfit she has put together from things in her closet! The idea of "closet shop" was a challenge that Melodie came up with to motivate herself to wear all the great things that she already owns! Like most of us, Melodie found that she typically gravitated to a few key pieces in her closet, and left so many great treasures unworn!
I think this is such a brilliant idea! While I'm on vacation, over the next two weeks, I am going to be inspired by Melodie to "shop from my own closet"! I promise, I will share with you what I come up with!!!
